(the fine print) By participating/exhibiting,you agree to:

__ Have booth/exhibit ready for public viewing no later than 11:30 am, August 12, 2007. If exhibitor has not arrived one hour prior to show opening, booth fees will be forfeited.

__ Leads acquired at their booth are for the sole use of the WPCF member exhibitor. Show leads may not be sold or provided to a third party or used to promote non-Exhibitors of WPCF. A penalty fee of $250 may be accessed if WPCF exhibitor sells or gives lead list to a non-exhibitor.

__ WPCF exhibitor shall not assign, sublet, subcontract or apportion the whole or any part of the space allotted, or have representatives, equipment, or materials from other than their own firm in the said space without prior consent from the show coordinator.

__ Exhibitor agrees to occupy and maintain its exhibit space during advertised show hours noon to 4 pm on Sunday, August 12, 2007.

__ Exhibitor agrees not to disassemble their display until 4:00pm, August 12, 2007, without permission of the show coordinator.

__ There is a returned check fee of $35. __ Exhibitor shall be solely responsible to ensure that any drawings, lotteries or contests held by Exhibitor on the premises are conducted in strict compliance with the law.

__ Any delay or non-occurrence of Summer Love Wedding Showcase on Sunday, August 12, 2007 will not be considered a breach of this contract if such delay is caused by fire, flood, natural disaster, act of God, act of war or terrorism, or any other event beyond the control of the promoter.

__ WPCF exhibitor to provide a door prize with a value of at least $50.

__ Present your exhibit as a member of WPCF in accordance with WPCF's mission and ethics statements.
